2. Our Services and Products
We provide:
Art Advisory Services – personalised consultation, curation, and sourcing for art and collectible design
Digital Products – including paid and free guides, downloadable resources, and online quizzes
Our services and products are available internationally unless otherwise stated.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders may be placed through our website via direct checkout, booking form, or by email request.
Payment is taken immediately via Stripe or credit/debit card.
A contract is formed when payment is made and we confirm your order or booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Advisory Services
You may cancel a booked advisory session up to 7 days before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start time are non-refundable, though we may agree to reschedule at our discretion.
Digital Products
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that your right to cancel under UK consumer law ends once the download or access link is provided, provided you have given your express agreement to this before purchase.
No refunds will be given after delivery of the digital product.
5. Delivery
Advisory sessions may be delivered via Zoom, telephone, or in person, as agreed at the time of booking.
Digital products are delivered via email link to the address provided at checkout.
Any timescales provided for delivery are estimates only and not guaranteed.
6. Client Responsibilities
You must provide all requested information (including budget, preferences, and timelines) before the start of the advisory service.
You agree to respond to our questions or requests for approval within 3 working days unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to provide necessary information within the agreed timeframe may result in delays or cancellation of the service without refund.
7. Acting as Agent
Where we recommend or introduce you to artworks or designs from third-party sellers, we act as your agent.
We are not a party to any sale agreement between you and the seller.
We are not responsible for the authenticity, quality, condition, or description of any work purchased from third parties.
We are not liable for delays, damages, or failures caused by galleries, dealers, shipping agents, or other suppliers.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, research, curations, and content provided by us (including digital products) remain our intellectual property.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own purposes only.
You may not copy, distribute, or adapt our content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services or products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, goodwill, or opportunity.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
